Haidy has worked on a wide range of transfer pricing projects and has vast experience in several transfer pricing areas comprising developing tax efficient, defensible transfer pricing models, business restructuring, financial modelling, implementation of transfer pricing models, and compliance work amongst others.
Prior to joining Saleh, Barsoum, and Abdel Aziz, Haidy worked with one of the big four firms and has a combined transfer pricing experience of 7 years. Haidy holds a B.Sc. degree from the German University in Cairo, with double majors in Marketing and Accounting.
Haidy has worked on several transfer pricing projects for local and multinational companies, assisting clients with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation studies for compliance purposes which had her working on local, as well as international global core documentation projects.
Haidy went on an international assignment for 3 months to Dubai, whereby she has worked on regional projects comprising entities located in different jurisdictions, feasibility analyses, as well as engaging on projects which entailed a major international front. Haidy contributed as a speaker on transfer pricing and related taxation issues at several transfer pricing events.
