Mira holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across multinational and local companies, as well as start-ups.
Mira has built her HR career across several companies since 2002, gaining extensive experience in various organizational settings. Her longest tenure was at AXA Egypt—formerly CIL, Commercial International Life Insurance progressing through key HR roles including Head of Human Resources and Head of HR Projects. She then spent five years working with start-ups, further expanding her expertise in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Most recently, she has been serving as Human Resources Director at Maridive Offshore Projects, where she has led strategic HR initiatives and programs.
